About Us

The inspiration of naming the magazine after the word "young" is hoping to combine the concept of Kinmen’s youngers, so we chose the character "Yung" which sounds like young. The character "Jin" represents not only Kinmen but also "very" in Taiwanese. Therefore, the name of this magazine can be interpreted as “Kinmen’s youngers”, also can be interpreted as “very young”. Our team are composed of six students from the Department of Applied English of Quemoy University, the conductor is Wei Bon Wu. 
There’s a common outflow of young population in Kinmen. However, some people are willing to stay on this small island all along, and we want to know their reasons of staying here. In order to promote our achievement, we chose to present it in magazine form. Hoping to make more people contact and know Kinmen’s emerging industry.
